1 Cups Kuthiraivali Rice

1 ½ cups Jaggery

¾ cup Ghee

As required Dry Fruit

As required Cashews

As required Cardamom


Take 3 cups of water, add jaggery make it, and dissolve by keeping over the gas stove keep it aside.

In a vessel add ghee and fry the cashews & raisin remove it and fry the Kuthirai Rice in the same pan.

Then add the dissolved jaggery stir it till it get into a kesari form. Then add cashew, raisin and cardamom.

The kesari is ready for serve.
