INGREDIENTS

1 Cups Vargu Rice

½ Cups Idly Rice

½ cup Orid

As required Salt

METHOD

Soak varagu Rice, Idly Rice for 1 hour. Soak orid it separately.

After 1 hour grind the rice and orid separately.

Then mix well by adding salt.

The Keep it over night or 6 hours.

Now it is ready to prepare varagu idly and dosa.
